Terms of service

This page explains how mintech.vn may be used, what we collect when you contact us, and where these terms stop and a project contract begins.

Updated: 21 September 2026

  1. 1. Introduction

These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your access to, viewing of, downloading from, or other interaction with mintech.vn and its subpages.

The website is published by MIN TECH TELECOMMUNICATIONS CO., LTD. Legal entity: tax ID 6400482990; address Thon 9, Dak Mil Commune, Lam Dong Province, Vietnam; the representative named on the About page is Vu Duc Dai.

By continuing to use the website, submitting the contact form, or messaging MinTech on a public channel, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms for website use and contact. The Terms do not, by themselves, create a contract to build software or deploy infrastructure.

What these Terms do not cover

These Terms do not replace a quotation, contract, appendix, acceptance minute, or non-disclosure agreement signed with a customer. If they conflict with a signed project contract, the project contract prevails for the work covered by that contract.

  2. 2. Definitions

    In these Terms:

    • “MinTech”, “we”: MIN TECH TELECOMMUNICATIONS CO., LTD.
    • “You”: a person or organization who visits the website, reads its content, or sends information to MinTech.
    • “Website”: the mintech.vn domain, the /vi and /en paths, the blog, project pages, the contact page, and other public pages on the same system.
    • “Contact channels”: the website form, email [email protected], phone +84 899 47 44 48, and the Zalo, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Viber channels MinTech publishes.
    • “Contact data”: the name, email, phone number, company name, and message you choose to send.
    • “Professional services”: operations software, websites, internal systems, e-commerce, and network, CCTV, access control, attendance, gate, alarm, and smart-home work — only when both sides have a separate agreement.
    • “Website content”: articles, solution copy, case studies, images, diagrams, the logo, and interface code MinTech places on the website.
  3. 3. Using the website

    Purpose of the website

The website introduces MinTech, how we work, our solutions, published projects, and how to reach us. The information is descriptive. Price, schedule, scope, or technical commitments for a specific business are binding only when written in a quotation or contract.

    What you may do

    • View, temporarily download, and print content for your own review or that of the organization you represent.
    • Share a public URL to a page on the website.
    • Send a question or a description of a business problem through a contact channel.
    • Switch between Vietnamese and English and between light and dark appearance using the controls on the site.

    What you may not do

    • Probe, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to servers, forms, or other people’s data.
    • Scrape content or data at scale with bots without MinTech’s written consent.
    • Impersonate MinTech, its staff, or its customers, or spoof forms or email to deceive anyone.
    • Copy the MinTech brand, layout, or articles to build a site or document that looks as if it comes from MinTech.
    • Post or send unlawful or hostile content, malware, or a third party’s confidential information.
  4. 4. Access without an account

This marketing website does not require you to create an account, sign in, or pay a fee to read public pages. MinTech does not provide a customer portal on mintech.vn at the date these Terms take effect.

If MinTech later opens a signed-in area, account terms will be published before that area is used. Software MinTech builds for a customer is governed by that project’s contract and handover documents, not by this page.

  5. 5. Privacy and data

Data you send when you contact us

The contact form may collect: name, email, phone number, company name, and message. Required fields are marked on the form. We process this to read the request, reply, and discuss a next step if it fits.

    • Basis: you send the information yourself and agree to these Terms when you submit.
    • Internal transfer: messages may be forwarded to the team by email or Slack so we can handle them.
    • MinTech does not sell Contact data to third parties for advertising.
    • You are responsible for accuracy and for having the right to send that data (do not send someone else’s information without permission).

Cookies, analytics, and settings on your device

The website may enable Google Analytics when a measurement ID is configured, to understand which pages are viewed. Your browser stores the light/dark appearance choice (mintech-theme) on your device; it is not a MinTech account.

The language follows the /vi or /en path in the URL and does not depend on a language cookie.

    Requests about your data

To ask about, correct, or request that we stop using Contact data you sent, email [email protected] from the address you used, and state the request. We handle lawful requests for the website and contact channels. We do not extend that handling to a customer’s production system unless the project contract says so.

How MinTech handles website data is described in the Privacy policy: mintech.vn/en/privacy.

  6. 6. Content you send

When you send a message, a file, or a problem description, you confirm that the content is lawful and does not infringe others’ rights.

You give MinTech an internal right to use that content to understand the need and reply. MinTech does not treat a contact message as a public publication unless you agree otherwise or the law requires disclosure.

Do not send passwords, large sets of sensitive personal data, or detailed trade secrets through the public form. Deeper technical discussion should wait until both sides have confirmed the right counterparties.

  7. 7. Professional services and separate contracts

MinTech builds software and systems for business operations and deploys the technical infrastructure described on the website. Taking on a specific project is binding only when a quotation, contract, or equivalent writing is confirmed by someone with authority.

    What a project contract covers

    • Scope of work, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
    • Schedule, handover milestones, training, and support after go-live.
    • Fees, payment schedule, tax, and extra costs.
    • Ownership of source code, infrastructure, and the customer’s data.
    • Warranty, SLA, confidentiality, and incident handling.

    Order of precedence

For a signed project, the contract and its annexes prevail over marketing copy on the website. These Terms only govern use of the website and public contact channels.

  8. 8. Intellectual property

The MinTech logo, site layout, blog posts, diagrams, and images MinTech created belong to MinTech unless another source is stated.

Customer trade names, logos, screenshots, and sample data belong to their owners. For example, the Kho Di Động website is shown as delivered work; MinTech does not transfer that brand to website visitors.

You may not use the MinTech mark or website content to sell goods, cause confusion, or create a derivative that appears to come from MinTech without an agreement.

  9. 9. Website warranty disclaimer

The website is provided “as is”. MinTech aims to keep company facts accurate at the time of publication, but does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every investment decision.

Case studies, screenshots, and project descriptions illustrate how we work. They are not a guarantee that every customer will see the same result, timeline, or cost.

Any warranty for software, a system, or infrastructure already handed over arises only under the project contract, acceptance records, and warranty clauses agreed there — not from this page.

  10. 10. Limitation of liability

To the extent Vietnamese law allows, MinTech is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, data loss on your device, or loss that arises only from visiting the site, from downtime, from third-party links, or from decisions you make on introductory content when no contract is in place.

Liability (if any) for Professional services is limited as set in the project contract. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded (for example liability for intentional wrongdoing where the law is mandatory).

  11. 11. Changes to the Terms and suspension of the website

MinTech may amend these Terms when the website, contact channels, or the law change. The update date appears at the top of the page. A new version applies to website use after it is published.

MinTech may suspend, change, or remove parts of the website for maintenance, fixes, or security risk. Suspending the website does not by itself end project contracts that are in force.

MinTech may refuse or stop handling a contact if the content is abusive, unlawful, or not a genuine request.

  12. 12. Governing law, disputes, and contact

    Law and disputes

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of Vietnam. Disputes about website use or Contact data should first be discussed in good faith. If that fails, they may be brought before a competent court in Vietnam.

    Severability

If a clause is held unenforceable, the remaining clauses still apply. A delay in enforcing a breach is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
