Privacy policy

This policy explains what mintech.vn actually collects, why, who receives it, your rights, and where this page stops and a customer’s production system begins.

Updated: 21 September 2026

  1. 1. Introduction

This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how MIN TECH TELECOMMUNICATIONS CO., LTD (“MinTech”, “we”) handles data related to mintech.vn and the public contact channels on that website.

Controller: MIN TECH TELECOMMUNICATIONS CO., LTD; tax ID 6400482990; address Thon 9, Dak Mil Commune, Lam Dong Province, Vietnam; email [email protected]; phone +84 899 47 44 48.

The Policy is written under Vietnamese law, including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, for a marketing website and contact form — not a customer portal or software already handed over.

By continuing to use the website or sending information, you confirm that you have read this Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the site and do not submit the form.

What this Policy does not cover

This Policy does not govern data inside systems MinTech builds for a customer (internal software, commerce sites, cameras, access control, and similar). That data is handled under the project contract, confidentiality annex, and handover documents.

  2. 2. Information we collect

MinTech does not require an account, does not run an email newsletter, and does not host a job-application form on mintech.vn at the date of this update. We only collect what we need to run the site and reply to you.

    Information you send us

The contact form posts to /api/contact: name and email (required); phone and company (optional); message (required).

    • The same kinds of data may arrive via [email protected], phone +84 899 47 44 48, or the Zalo, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Viber channels MinTech publishes.
    • You are responsible for accuracy and for having the right to send that data. Do not send someone else’s information without permission.
    • Do not send passwords, ID numbers, health data, biometrics, or bulk sensitive personal data through the public form.

    Technical data when you visit

    • The self-hosted server and Cloudflare (the reverse proxy in front of mintech.vn) may log IP address, user-agent, URL, time, and response status — to deliver pages, limit abuse, and keep operational logs.
    • The light/dark appearance choice is stored on your device under the localStorage key mintech-theme. It is not a MinTech account.
    • Language follows the /vi or /en path. The site does not set a language cookie to choose locale on ordinary pages.
    • Google Analytics (gtag.js) runs only when NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_ID is configured. When it is on, Google may receive page views and the events MinTech sends: form_submit, contact_page_view, phone_click, zalo_click, facebook_click, whatsapp_click, viber_click, email_click, quotation_request.

What this website does not collect

    • No user profiles or sign-in on mintech.vn.
    • No newsletter form and no careers form on the website.
    • No sale or rental of contact lists to third parties for advertising.
  3. 3. How we use information

MinTech uses the data above to:

    • Read and reply to questions, advisory requests, or problem descriptions you send.
    • Contact you by email, phone, or the channel you used.
    • Pass the message to the people who handle it (via Slack when a webhook is configured; via server logs when the form is received).
    • Keep the site running, fix errors, and limit spam or unauthorized access.
    • Understand which pages are viewed (only if Google Analytics is enabled).
    • Comply with a lawful request from a competent authority.

    Legal bases

    • You provide contact data yourself and agree when you submit the form — consent under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP for that data.
    • Running the site, technical logs, and abuse prevention: a legitimate need to offer a public site and protect the system.
    • Legal obligation when the law or a competent authority requires disclosure.

What MinTech does not do with website data

    • We do not use the contact form to send bulk marketing campaigns you did not ask for.
    • We do not turn browsing into a credit score or personalized ads beyond Analytics, if Analytics is enabled.
    • A contact message is not treated as permission to publish that content, unless the law requires it or you agree otherwise.
  4. 4. Sharing and disclosure

MinTech does not sell personal data. We share it only as needed to handle contact, run the website, or meet a legal requirement.

    Specific recipients

    • Slack (Salesforce, Inc.): when SLACK_WEBHOOK_URL is set, the form payload (name, email, phone, company, message, timestamp) is posted to an internal channel so the team can reply.
    • Google LLC: only if Google Analytics is enabled, under Google Analytics / Google terms.
    • Cloudflare, Inc.: HTTPS traffic passes through Cloudflare before it reaches MinTech’s self-hosted server.
    • Hosting and backup providers MinTech uses to run the website — for operations, not for a marketing list.

    When the law requires it

MinTech may disclose data in response to a valid court or state request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MinTech, users, or the public, to the extent the law allows.

  5. 5. Cookies, analytics, and data on your device

The site does not show a cookie banner because it does not use advertising cookies or a language cookie on the ordinary page flow. What does exist on your device or with a measurement vendor is described below.

    On your device

    • localStorage key mintech-theme: light or dark. Clear it by clearing site data in the browser, or toggle appearance again.
    • A NEXT_LOCALE cookie may appear in some technical cases (for example an error page). It is not an advertising tracker.

    Google Analytics (when configured)

gtag.js may set Google measurement cookies and send the events listed under Information we collect. You can block this with a browser add-on, tracking restrictions, or by blocking third-party scripts. If Analytics is not configured, on-site trackEvent calls are not sent anywhere.

  6. 6. How long we keep data

The website has no customer-account database. Retention follows the channel that received the message, not a self-service portal.

    • Form messages: in server logs (when written) and Slack (when the webhook is active), for as long as needed to reply, keep operational records, and meet related legal duties.
    • Cloudflare / server logs: on the usual operations and security cycle of the system, not tied to a marketing profile.
    • mintech-theme: until you delete it in the browser.
    • Google Analytics: according to Google’s retention settings on the measurement property (if any).
    • You may ask MinTech to stop using or to delete contact data you sent — see Your rights. Deletion in Slack or server logs is done in the systems MinTech controls. MinTech cannot promise to erase copies outside those systems (for example copies Google has already collected under its own product).
  7. 7. Data security

MinTech applies measures that fit a marketing site: HTTPS, a self-hosted server behind Cloudflare, a form that only accepts the fields listed above, and an internal Slack webhook when configured.

    • No system is perfectly secure. Do not send detailed trade secrets or sensitive data through the public form.
    • Deeper discussion should wait until both sides have confirmed the right counterparties, and — for a project — follow the confidentiality terms in the contract.
  8. 8. Your rights

For personal data you provided through the website or public contact channels, under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP and related rules, you may request to:

    • Know what data MinTech is processing about you (within the website and contact channels).
    • Access and receive a copy of contact data MinTech still holds.
    • Correct inaccurate information.
    • Delete or stop using contact data you sent, unless the law requires us to keep it.
    • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
    • Complain to MinTech or to a competent state authority.

    How to make a request

Email [email protected] from the address you used, with your name, the request, and when you sent the original message if you remember. MinTech handles lawful requests for the website and contact channels. We do not automatically extend that to a customer’s production system unless the project contract says so.

  9. 9. Children

The website is for businesses and people who decide on technology and budget, not for children. MinTech does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

If you believe a child submitted the form, email [email protected] so we can delete what we control.

  10. 10. Transfers outside Vietnam

The website server is self-hosted to serve mintech.vn. Some helpers run infrastructure outside Vietnam.

    • Slack: form messages may be processed on Slack infrastructure outside Vietnam.
    • Google Analytics (if enabled): measurement data may be processed by Google outside Vietnam.
    • Cloudflare: HTTPS requests may traverse Cloudflare’s global network before they reach MinTech’s server.

    English pages

The /en pages are a translation of the interface. MinTech does not run a separate EU/UK platform on mintech.vn. Processing still follows Vietnamese law as described here.

  11. 11. Changes to this Policy

MinTech may amend this Policy when the website, contact channels, technical vendors, or the law change. The update date is at the top of the page. A new version applies to website use after it is published.

Material changes (for example collecting a new type of data, or turning on a measurement tool not described here) will be reflected on this page before or at the same time as the technical change.
